Conflicting price

Contract at an end and id offered a sim only at £6 per month with 3gb but when I logged in to accept it was only 1gb. The 3gb was £7.

Hey @rdcjacko

Where was it you were offered the £6 a month deal you mentioned?  Are you not able to follow suit with that offer wherever it came from?

Are you able to view Plan Changes within the iD Mobile App -or- website?

 

 

After a long long chat with ID agents, it seems they know nothing about a £6 deal despite the email showing it quite clearly. Bit the bullet and paid the £7 just so I could have a lay down!!

We’ve passed this over to our Tech Team to look into for you.  Providing the deal is still active and available to us then they should hopefully be able to switch you over to that.
