I logged into my ID account as you suggested and my contract ends on 04 SEP 2020 so why now in November am I am still being charged.

Have you let anyone know you wanted to cancel the agreement? We can’t just cancel peoples plans you see, otherwise it would leave people cut off without a phone service, and they could lose their numbers.

I don’t have access to my account. I haven’t used my phone for months and my contract ended the end of October but I am receiving a bill for November and December. I’ve cancelled my direct debits because as I’ve tried to contact ID mobile of various occasions and had no luck I had no other way to cancel the ongoing contract. 
 

can someone please call or get back to me on how to do this. 
 

logging on to online is NOT a option as I don’t have that phone anymore or SIM card.
