Contract ending, How do I drop to a sim only deal given that call centres are closed

As per my title, my contract is ending in a little over two weeks but there is no option that I know of to switch to a sim only deal, Call centres are closed and my emails go unanswered

We’re doing our best to get to all the questions raised he as timely as we can whilst still against it due to Covid.

 

If you have your iD Mobile account registered (if not, you can do this easily here) you should be able to view Plan Changes within the iD Mobile App (or website).

There, you should find a selection of SIM-only contracts you can opt for.  Once you are outside of your 24-month contract that is.

Just waiting for my contract to end now for my PAC then I’m switching to another provider I also have three other accounts due to end in November, They will also be cancelled and switched to another provider
