Hi my contract ends on 20th Sept with ID Mobile I'm gona change to Sim only with ID Mobile if I buy a Sim from the website and set it up does it automatically change over. I can't get in touch with anyone the chat is useless?

Hi @Leslie,

If you’re wanting to keep your number, we would advise that you log into your account to check with SIM only upgrades are available to you. Buying a new SIM card from our website will mean you are buying a new contract, leaving you with two numbers and two active bills.
