my contract ends today, my phone is fine, i wish to stay on with ID but want to go to a lower sim only deal, how do i do this with no customer service?

To do this, log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account online, go to 'My Account', and then scroll down to 'My Upgrade'.
All the SIM only details will be displayed here also.
