I'm due an upgrade now, and I was surprised to see id only offering 2 year deals now! 😱 Way too long for me. I'd like to move to a sim only 30 day rolling Sim but keep my number. Is this possible, or do I go to a new provider? If it's possible, how do I go about it please?

Once any current 24-month contract you’re in ends, you can simply log in to your iD Mobile account (online or through the iD Mobile app) and look at Plan Changes within there.
You should then be able to select any of the 1-month rolling contracts of your choosing from there.

The plan changes are more expensive than my current contract! No SIM only deals showing. It also says my contract ends September. But I've had emails saying I can upgrade. So slightly confused

See within the last 60-days of your existing contract you would start to see early upgrade opportunities.

Once the contract ends in September, you will then be able to select a Plan Change and switch to a cheaper SIM-only rolling contract there as desired.
