My contract is due to expire in July and I have planned to change Network then. As the shop for my new Network is closed for the duration, does it mean that ID will start me on a new year contract automatically or will I be given the opportunity to change the Network when all gets back to normal.

Hey @Marianne 

 

After you current contract expires you will be enrolled automatically into 30 days rolling contract which means you will be able to cancel it at anytime with 30 days notice period. You can also around May time upgrade to Sim Only deal of lets say ÂŁ5 a month because if you don't upgrade you will be paying exactly the same amount as you pay now and the same rules will apply (30 days notice to cancel your contract) and that will save you some money.
