Hi, i was on to one of the agents recently about a £65 charge thats been on my credit file and defaulted ruining my score which i was not aware off, i told yous i was leaving paid what i owed got email confirming "sorry to see you go". I thought great that's end off that but how wrong was i. The agent can't find any details about me so told me to go back to credit file and email proof to customer service, but i'v checked an checked and can't find anywhere to to send the doc of too.  Can someone please help end me sort this. I do not owe 65£ but will gladly pay it to get the default off my file. Thanks.

Hi @Redhawk,

I am sorry to hear about this! When you request to leave, we require 30-days notice so it could be possible that this is relating to the final bill after that period came to an end. We will issue you with a PM now so we can look into this further.
