Currys PC World voucher not received

Upgrade bought in December 2020 with a £25 voucher included. Still haven’t received this voucher. Could you please help to sort this out, please?

Hi,

Where is the £25 Currys Voucher promised in December when I joined? The chat person promised to sort it in January but no voucher has arrived.
