Hi all can anybody help please! My 24 month contract ends today and I want to downgrade to SIM only but there is no option to do this online as a change of plan as it only gives more expensive options. It seems that the only way I could do it is as a new plan but will this cancel my current plan as I don’t want to end up with two plans?? It is not at all clear online and there is no service via live chat or by phone. Thanks

Once your contract minimum term date has come to an end, you should see the SIM-only plan options appear within your account. If you give it another go today now that you have reached the minimum term date, do the options appear?
If not, please send us a screenshot of the options that you do see and we’ll investigate further. Thank you.
