Hi im due an upgrade on the 5th January, but my phone has broken,if i pay next months bill up front can i get a new hand set sooner?

Unfortunately iD Mobile does not support early upgrades. You can only upgrade within last 60 days of your contract. I am not 100% sure but I think that o2 and Vodafone are the only networks that allows early upgrades by paying outstanding fee.
