My pay monthly contract is due an upgrade on the 15th April but I am not wanting to upgrade. Will my contract end and I stop getting charged monthly automatically or do I need to do this manually ?
Also, if I am wanting to keep my telephone number and use it on a phone that I have purchased with a different provider, do I need to use the pac code before or after I cancel my current plan with you ?
