End of contract and no pay monthly option offered

My contract expires in 9 days and the only options available online are to upgrate to more expensive 2 yr contracts.  No monthly pay option offered despite the claim that in the last 20 days before the end of the contract this will be made available to choose. 

Noone to talk to...

Update:  I used Upgrade, instead of Change plan option and selected ID Pay monthly sim - I hope this means at the end of the 2yr contract next week I will be moved to a month by month arrangement, however why does it say my order has been dispatched?  Dispatch what?

Hi @bannadi,

The option to upgrade to a SIM Only plan should appear towards the end of your contract but it sounds as though you may have purchased a brand new plan altogether unless it is our system issuing you with a replacement SIM card which can happen when upgrading. We will PM you now to check out your plan to see if it was an upgrade rather than a new order.

I won't be able to receive that sim so I'd appreciate if the new plan is linked to my current sim.
