End of contract downgrade

Hi,

My contract will expire on the 16th of this month. Your Live Chat is blue and active but it does not work. I have tried several browsers and all the cookies settings are fine, Please fix it. I want to go on pay as you go plan as I don`t want to be on a plan. I will select a plan when I`m ready. Please do not charge me for the next month as I have informed before the Expiry of my contract. Please contact me as I m unable to contact your live chat.

Hi @nabiha, unfortunately it isn’t possible to move from Pay Monthly to Pay As You Go. The only option would be to disconnect the line and then order a new plan from us when you’re ready, but this would mean losing your number. Alternatively, you can temporarily move to the lowest price tariff available, and then change when you’re ready.
