The website for user to upgrade to iphone 11 says upfront cost £499 compared to £49 for ne w user. Can you clarify please as I’d like to upgrade and keep my number,

Hi @Andy574,

Prices for new contracts can sometimes differ to upgrade prices but the difference in the upfront costs mentioned does seem quite large; are you looking at the same tariff too for each of those price points?

Feel free to post some screenshots and we’ll have this looked into.

Can I please suggest you have a look at doing an upgrade on your phone and see if the iphone 11 upgrade cost is correct compared to the new contract offers.  Cheers Andy
