Expired PAC code

Hi, I would like to leave ID mobile after 1 month and when I requested the PAC code it sent me the same PAC code I used to leave my old service provider with the same expiry date which had passed already when I requested the PAC code. Can somebody please help since ID mobile have disabled all chat and phone numbers? Thank you.

I managed to get through to them via the Chat option on this page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/contact-us

 

But I think they’re only open during working hours. They managed to send me a PAC code quite quickly once I got through.

I am having the same problem after being with you about three weeks now.

I want to shift to someone else as your Mobile Data is attrocious in many parts of the country.
