Freezing my sim-only monthly plan?

Hi, I will not be in the UK for the next 5 months due to changes stemming from covid-19 and was wondering if there is a way to freeze my SIM-only monthly plan?

Hello @vchandak,

 

Unfortunately, we don’t have the option to freeze SIM-only plans.

Your options would be to:

  1. Cancel the SIM-only plan
  2. Switch the tariff to the cheapest available

If you cancel, then you’ll lose the number and need to re-apply when you return to the UK.

If you switch plans, then you can always change up a plan when you’re back in the UK.
