Hi, I saw an option to upgrade my monthly sim plan on the App, I liked the offer so clicked through and upgraded.
I wasn't expecting a new SIM being delivered, do I need to use it or can I just leave the old one in my phone?
The app is showing my updated plan details.

You can continue to use the old SIM fine as things stand.
The app might give you the option to switch to the newer SIM if you so wish, and if you choose to do that then simply discard your old SIM and use the new one.
