My mother is in hospital after a stroke at weekend. No one can visit her. She’s suffering from severe confusion but can receive phone calls and hopefully as she improves can make them/look at internet.
I'm trying to increase her data/call allowance. She previously told me she's on a £5.99 a month plan but I can’t work out how much that means in terms of allowances.
At the moment she's unable to do anything except answer her iphone - she can't read any messages about security codes etc. Please help.
