Help! I cannot reach anyone!

I want to know how to upgrade my plan or end the contract but cannot speak to anyone on phone and online chat does not work! Im getting very frustrated! What sort of Service does not have customer service!!!

I am sorry to hear that! Upgrades can be viewed from within your account online and generally appear 60-days before your contract end date. Information on cancellations can be found here. Let us know here if you need help with any of that.
