After upgrading from a 24 month contract to a monthly sim only contract i have hit a problem. I spoke to id over the phone and they arranged the upgrade. My husband did his at sametime. My plan never changed .unable to contact id i went to carphone warehouse he also strugged to contact id so he arrange to contact me once he had spoke to his it department as he said there was a problem with my account with id, he got intouch with me to arrange for new sim he gave me a new sim but with less data than i had arrange with id agent i also kept my original number. I have now found i have two direct debits for one number.
