Could you give us a bit more information on this.

which handset did you upgrade to? Which promotion was this?

 

When you say “I went to claim” it sounds like you’re referring a claim via the manufacturer directly.

 

Can you give us a bit more information? Any “claim” gifts are promotions provided by the manufacturer and not by iD Mobile so we can’t track this.
