How can I change the colour of my order?

I have made an order that is yet to be processed, but I have accidentally ordered the wrong colour iphone 11. Once I am approved, how can I go about fixing this?

Sorry to hear that.

The only way to rectify this is by exchanging your order for a different model.

This will involve sending back the order and then a new one being sent out upon receipt.

If this is still something you’d like to go through with, let us know.

I’m afraid as our stores are currently closed due to Covid restrictions, you would be unable to visit a store.

Have you had emails since posting here to update you on the progress of the order?

Was the phone you selected in stock at the time?
You should definitely have had something back within 24 hours if your order was accepted.  Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder if you hadn’t already.
