I have made an order that is yet to be processed, but I have accidentally ordered the wrong colour iphone 11. Once I am approved, how can I go about fixing this?

The only way to rectify this is by exchanging your order for a different model.
This will involve sending back the order and then a new one being sent out upon receipt.

You should definitely have had something back within 24 hours if your order was accepted. Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder if you hadn’t already.
