I want to cancel my disconnection, as I can no longer move to the U.S., with the current travel bans. However, iD call centres are closed. How can I do this?

Sorry to hear you can’t move to the U.S due to the travel bans.

You’ll need to contact us to cancel the disconnection request if you’ve changed your mind.
Email us  and we’ll pick this up for you.
Â
If it’s a PAC/STAC code you had requested, simply letting the PAC code expire will leave the services active.
