You can upgrade in the last 60-days of your contract from the iD Account/App or by calling our Sales Team.
Besides this, the only other option would be cancelling and paying for the termination fee, then applying for a new connection.
This would however, lose the number in question (unless you ported out to a different network and then back to iD).
