My monthly contract expires in 3days I have upgraded from this contract to a Sim only plan through the website.
My account doesn’t show my new Sim only plan yet - it still shows the contract, will this transfer over when my contract expires?
You have sent me a new Sim card in. the post and I have purchased a new phone independently.
Do I need to put the new sim card you’ve sent me into my new phone or do I just use my existing sim card from my old phone?
I have tried to activate the Sim card you sent me but it says this Sim is already activated? When i put this new Sim in my phone none of my contacts come over, I also note the phone number is different - I wanted to keep my existing number.
Are you able to help me please?
