upgrading to sim only plan, current contract ends 17 th August, do I wait till then to register my new sim only plan, and will I'd automatically cancel my old plan?

You can upgrade to a SIM-only plan in the last 20-days of your contract.
Simply log into the iD app/account
Click My Account
Then select SIM only
Find the plan and complete the purchase
NOTE: Do not purchase a new SIM-only plan from our SIM-only plan page via our website, you need to upgrade your SIM from within the iD account or you will end up with a new contract and cannot keep your number.
Once done, you can activate the new SIM when it arrives and number will just transfer over to it and old contract replaced.
