How do I upgrade to an iPhone 11?

Log into your iD app/account

Click My Account then click Upgrade

You can then find the handset you want to upgrade to, the plan you’re after and checkout.

If you’re on a SIMonly plan, it’s after 6-months of being with us and good payments where you’ll see upgrade options.

If you’re on a handset contract, you’ll need to wait until the last 60-days of the contract.

If you’re not eligible, you’ll see Check if I can upgrade and an eligiblity check will be run confirming when you can upgrade.
