How to change my number

Have you tried blocking this individual first? This can easily be done to stop calls and texts and is also less hassle. If you’re unsure about how to do this then I have included it below.

For iPhones, go into the Phone app, select the contact you wish to block and scroll down to the bottom. You will then see “Block this Caller”

For androids, Please click here as i do not know which android device you could be using, so I can’t be specific. Just find your phone on the list. If your phone was not included then please respond with it and I can certainly help you find the blocking feature.

If you still have your heart set on getting a new number then this may be something you’ll have to contact customer support on. Either live chat or over the phone on 0333 003 7777 from a non iD number or 7777 from a iD number.
