I changed my mind after upgrading - change plan

Hi dear,

I upgraded from a sim only to an I phone 11 on a 24 months contract with 10Gb of data, only after I purchase the deal I've noticed other deal with unlimited data for a little £ more. Unfortunately, everything happened automatically and I couldn't cancel or change my order immediately so I refused the phone on delivery. The phone is still on its' way back to ID.

My number is been kept and the new amount is on my next bill. I'm already using my new plan.

How can I get the new plan I wanted as soon as possible? . What can I do next?
