I changed my tariff, will my Direct Debit update automatically?

Hello,

I've just changed my plan with ID to a cheaper & better one via the ID app.  As I have a current monthly direct debit set up with ID, will I have to cancel this one & set another one up for the new amount, or will the new amount be automatically taken from my bank account monthly without me having to do anything?

If you could let me know at your earliest convenience, it would be much appreciated!

Hi @adam4229, everything will be adjusted automatically on our side, so there’s no need for you to do anything. Depending on when you switched, your next bill may be for the old amount, but going forward this will be adjusted to reflect the lower price. 

If you do have any issues, just let us know right away.
