I have signed a new contract and I now have two accounts, can I merger one account

Dear all,

Can anyone help me on this please?

I have a pay as you go sim only phone and I have recently signed up a new 24 months plan, both are under the same account, I would like to cancel the pay as you go and transfer the number to my monthly plan.

I think he best option here will be to contact customer customer via live chat or phone so they could assist you in this regard. You will need to request PAC code for your PAYG number and when you receive it you will need to input it in your ID Mobile app in the section shown on the picture below
