I’ve upgraded my plan. I just want to know what happens with my old phone ?

Hi @jordanickringill,

Have you upgraded to a new handset plan? The old phone is completely yours to do with as you wish! If you have a new phone now then you can keep the old one as a backup phone or you can trade it in/recycle it at many stores including Carphone Warehouse.
