I lost my phone n sim card.

Hi there, 

Yesterday morning at one point while outside at the park with the kids I lost my phone n sim card that was inside... 

I right away called the police and they advised me to report via a specific website site called www.reportmyloss.com n so I have the police ref number with me.... What's the next step...

Hi there,

i asked for this, 2 days ago and still no reply, i will def leave ID as there is no reliability to customer support.

please lemme know how to claim a lost mobile as i have the police report.

Hi there @Nico2020 

We’ve just now sent you a private message so that we can ensure the phone is blacklisted and a replacement SIM card is sent out to you.

Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages.

 

If you have insurance on your phone, then you should have an email from when you first purchased the contract with your proof of purchase on there.

Send that to your insurer and they’ll be able to assist you with the rest of that claim.
