hi,

i did upgrade from my id account but they sent me new sim card and i got the pac code from the old number but your calling center is closed so how can i get my old number back?

Hi @tusharakhi,

When you upgrade, the new SIM card should already have your old number on there. If you place it into a phone and check the number, is it correct?
