hi ,I ordered an upgrade on 30sept but haven't received any confirmation on when the phone will be sent outÂ
is there someone to contact other than live chat (,who keeps sending me back to the same place ) regarding no confirmation email on an upgrade I purchased 4 days ago ,please getting really frustrated now ,
