I upgraded 2 handsets over 72 hours ago, I have received the order confirmations and the money has left my account. I have also spoken with 2 chat agents who say ID mobile are running further checks.
Please can someone advise me on what the issue is please as I'm starting to get a little worried that something has gone wrong?
I have a faultless payment record so the issue isn't on my side. ID claim I should receive a dispatched email 24hrs after placing my order but I'm now over 72hrs in with no response. Please can someone help?
