I have recently upgraded my ID mobile plan and my contract for my old phone ended last month. However, it has still took money for my old contract as well as my new plan this month.

We’re sorry to hear about that. If you check the details of your upgrade plan, has this come with a new number by any chance? If so then please let us know as you may have not upgraded but actually bought a brand new contract instead and we’ll need to go through this further with you.
