I’ve changed tariff and lost the data rollover

I’ve upgraded the tarriff- gutted I clicked the 20gb for £20 instead of 30gb for £20 but hey ho
however I’m peeved that I’ve lost the 1.9gb from the rollover
Is that normal? Next time I’ll change tarif closer to the end date- it’s a bit unfair!

When you change or upgrade your plan it's normal that you are going to loose any add-ons or rollover data as they are attached to your to your old plan.
