I would like to discuss an upgrade for my contract?
If I contact the sales team will they be able to change the plan as the upgrade I want I’ll have to pay £29.99 upfront but I want to know if they’ll be able to change that so I pay less upfront but pay more monthly

We usually select upgrade deals specific to you and provide the best deals available. These deals can vary for each customer. Whilst I can't guarantee this would be something that can be done, your best option is to try calling our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250 and discuss this with an agent to see what can be done.
