I have just given my 30 day notice to end my monthly contract with ID due to finding a much better deal.

Can anybody clarify whether I can continue to make calls and use data over the next 30 days as part of my contract? Or will I be getting charged extra to continue using It over the next 30 days.

TIA,
Ollie

Hey @oexample,

Sorry to hear you're leaving us.

You can continue to use services as normal for the next 30-days.

If you've got inclusive minutes, texts or data remaining, they'll just be used like normal.
If you've used all of these up, you'll be charged at the out of plan rate.

Once your account has been disconnected, a final bill will be generated.
This will automatically be taken 14-days or just after, providing you have an active Direct Debit set up.
