If you log in to your ID Mobile account from your Dashboard go to My Add-ons...

Our add-ons are great if you need to give an allowance a one-off boost.

If you’re always running out of mins, texts or data, why not simply change plan

('My account' > 'Manage my plan' > 'Change my plan')? It'll change the same day, and won't affect the length of your contract.

Changing your plan would generally be the better option to save you money and net your more data.

You would need to do this via the App. 

My account should have an option to change your plan if you are eligible to do so.
