iPhone SE 2020 eSIM

Hi! This is my first post in the community so sorry if I ramble!

I’ve just purchased an iPhone SE 2020 in White. I picked the 1GB plan just to I can keep costs down for the moment.

However, I’m looking to purchase an eSIM plan for data only - is that something you offer currently/are planning to do so in the future?

If not, would I be okay to use other providers?

More than likely - I'll just get a bolt-on but my only concern is that I can go up the ladder in terms of features and not back down. Is that right?

Just had a horrific 21 months with Vodafone (cancelled early) as I have had no signal in my area after trying multiple phones, sims etc and I’m looking forward to a fresh start :)

Hi there @LVPanda and welcome to the iD Mobile community here.

Currently speaking we don’t offer e-SIM’s and we’re not sure as to when that would potentially change as things stand.

You shouldn't have no trouble purchasing an e-SIM from elsewhere though if your phone supports that.

Could you elaborate a little on the feature ladder metaphor you mentioned?  To clear up any concerns you may have there.
