Hi, my contract for my phone finished on the 24th of last month and I've only just realised, I've tried to upgrade my plan to a sim only deal however the payment at the check out is not possible can I have help with this please

Hi @Joemoe98,

Sorry to hear about that issue! Has your address changed since last time? If not, does your address match the address that your bank has down for that card? Some mismatches can cause a payment to fail.
