How do I upgrade my contract?

Hello I need to end my plan because my phone broke and I needed to get a new one I have another plan with Id and can’t afford the two. I cannot end my plan on the app or speak with anyone. How can I end my plan please?

To contact ID Mobile you can always send an email to the support team.

In order they can access your iD account please email with your Community Username, Full Name, Full Address, iD Mobile Number and Date of Birth and they well have this sorted. They usually reply and have many issues sorted within 24hrs.
