i recently changed my plan. does this go back to the start of a new 2 year plan or just continue as before\?

Hi @ggroombridge,

Have you come to the end of a 2 year contract? If so, the length of the change will depend on what you changed to.

If you changed to a new phone plan that comes with a handset, this will be a further 24-month plan.
If you changed to a SIM only plan, it will be a 1 month rolling plan unless you have chosen a 12-month SIM plan.
