mobile not registered

Upgraded my mobile. Decided on a sim only package. Put new sim in  and registered.

Mobile showing as not registered and cannot receive or make calls and texts and cannot use mobile data.

Hi there @kerryelsey 

If you had done an upgrade you technically should never had needed to register again.  Your old account and number would simply be the same, yet your tariff would change.

Are you sure you have the correct SIM inserted if you have activated a new one recently?
