Money taken out of my account but no confirmation email

I’ve tried about 4 times to order a the Uswitch exclusive sim which gives you 8gb for £10 and every time, I’ve got right to the end, typed in my bank details and then the website glitches and i’m back to my basket again. I checked my bank account to see if i’d been charged and it turns out I have, twice (although only 1p), the transactions both say pending but i’m worried that i’ve ordered 2 sims and that they’ll both arrive and i’ll have to pay 2 bills. I haven’t, however, recieved a confirmation email for either of the transactions so that makes me think that it hasn’t worked? I don’t want to try again in case I order another sim but I really need the sim card asap. Pls help!

Sorry to hear you've had issues ordering these SIMs.

If a transaction is pending, the money wouldn't be claimed by us and it shouldn't complete which means funds will automatically be returned to you.

Have you checked your email to see if there is any communication regarding the order(s)?
