Monthly direct debit is not the same as what I ordered

I have just seen my first bill, and it is £6 more than what I signed up for. The charge is supposed to be £12 a month.

I’m sorry to hear that.

Have you checked the iD app/account or tried viewing the PDF bill to see why it’s higher?

Are there any extra charges for out of plan usage on there?

Did you change your payment date at all?

Thse are all factors to why a bill may be higher.
