If you’re unhappy with the phone you have opted for as an upgrade.  Then yes, you could return that to us and once the admin work has been done to revert your account back to the old plan.  Then at that stage you could look at upgrade options again.

Do you have Facebook or Twitter?  If so, we’d suggest contacting our teams there in order to have them set up a return and arrange a DPD collection from you during this coronavirus pandemic.
